1 Purpose and Validity
1.1 These Community Guidelines govern behavior and content in community features of the platform (e.g. profiles, posts, comments, media uploads, messages, reactions).
1.2 They supplement the app/platform terms of use. Violations may result in measures up to and including account suspension.
2 principles

3. Unacceptable content and behaviors (non-exhaustive list)
3.1 Hate, discrimination, extremist content, threats of violence or glorification of violence.
3.2 Harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, targeted defamation.
3.3 Sexually explicit or pornographic content; content that endangers minors.
3.4 Illegal activities or their promotion (e.g. illegal drug trafficking; impermissible weapons/ammunition contents).
3.5 Fraud, deception, spam, scams, manipulative practices (e.g. artificial votes, bot activity).
3.6 Publication of personal data of third parties without authorization (e.g. addresses, telephone numbers, private documents) and doxing.
3.7 Infringement of copyright, trademark or personality rights (e.g. using images/videos of others without rights).
3.8 Content that incites or glorifies self-harm or dangerous behavior.
4. Responsibility for content
4.1 You are responsible for your content and ensure that you have all necessary rights and consents (e.g., from depicted persons).
4.2 Content must be truthful insofar as it contains factual statements and must not be intended to mislead.
5. Report and Block

5.2 Where available, you can block users.
6 Moderation and measures
6.1 We may remove/block content, restrict reach, limit features, issue warnings or suspend accounts (temporarily/permanently).
6.2 Measures are determined by type, severity, frequency and context.
