1 Scope and relationship to the platform
1.1 These terms and conditions govern the use of the Single Sign-On service [SSO_NAME] (“ SSO Service ”) between you and [OPERATOR] (“we”).
1.2 The SSO service allows you to log in with a user account to the platform and to participating, legally independent third-party providers, provided they technically support the SSO service.
1.3 These terms and conditions supplement the app/platform terms of use. In case of conflict, these SSO terms and conditions shall prevail for SSO-related matters.
2 terms
2.1 SSO account : your user account with which you authenticate via the SSO service.
2.2 Participating providers : legally independent third parties (e.g. studios/status locations/partners) that support the SSO service.
2.3 Participating Systems : Apps/Websites/Systems of the participating providers.
3 Services of the SSO service
3.1 Central registration. After a one-time registration, you can log in to the platform and participating systems with the same login details, provided they support the SSO service.
3.2 Authorization check. Participating systems may technically query during registration whether authorization managed by the respective provider exists (e.g., active status) in order to grant or deny you access.
3.3 Sessions/“Stay logged in”. “Stay logged in” applies only within the platform session and to the extent technically supported. Additional login steps or confirmations may be required in participating systems. A single logout from all participating systems is not always technically possible.
3.4 Costs. The SSO service is generally free of charge.
4. Registration, Security
4.1 You provide accurate information, do not use third-party data, and keep your login details secret.
4.2 If you suspect account takeover/abuse, inform us immediately and use available security features (e.g., password change).
5 Data transmission and linking
5.1 Data minimization during registration. During registration, participating systems generally receive (i) confirmation of successful authentication and (ii) a technical identifier for assignment within the respective system.
5.2 No automatic data sharing across locations/providers. Further data (e.g., profile, training, health, or membership data) is not transmitted solely through SSO login.
5.3 Linking/Consent. Further transmission or processing will only take place if it is necessary for a specific offer and you establish a link and/or – if necessary – consent.
5.4 Independent responsibility. The respective provider is generally responsible for data processing in the systems of participating providers.
6. Unauthorized use, blocking
6.1 In particular, circumvention of security mechanisms, unauthorized use of third-party accounts and automated attacks are prohibited.
6.2 We may temporarily or permanently block SSO access if there are legitimate reasons (e.g., misuse, security incident, legal violations). We may require security measures (e.g., password reset).
7 Liability, distinction from providers
7.1 The liability rules of the app/platform terms of use apply.
7.2 We are not contractual partners of the services of participating providers and do not act as their representatives, unless this is expressly stated in individual cases.
7.3 We assume no responsibility for disruptions, content or performance deficiencies of participating providers/systems.
8 Termination
8.1 You can terminate the use of the SSO service at any time by terminating your user account or by no longer using SSO functions, insofar as technically possible.
8.2 The termination of the SSO service does not affect contracts with participating providers.
8.3 Terminating an account does not automatically lead to the deletion of accounts/data with participating providers.

Changes to these SSO terms are governed by the amendment rules of the app/platform terms of service.
